Day 1: CUSCO – LARES HOT SPRINGS – HUACAWASI| INC (-/L/D)

Early in the morning you will head for the Sacred Valley of Incas. You will get to the hot springs of Lares where you will have some free time. After lunch you will start your trekking for about 2 hours until you get to the camping place in Huacawasi.

-Estimated time of walk: 4 – 5 hrs.
-Maximum altitude point: 3,800 msnm (12,467 ft)

Day 2: HUACAWASI – IPSAYCOCHA| INC (B/L/D)

You will continue your trekking adventure until you get to the community of Huacawasi. This village stands out for its fine textile and its methods of clothes production. You will start to go uphill until the second part of the trekking – the Valley Condorpasa (4100m. above sea level). You will have an amazing view of the snow peak of Veronica (5750 m. above sea level) from this place. You will go downhill for about an hour more till you get to a beautiful lagoon Ipsaycocha, a place where you will camp.

Day 3: IPSAYCOCHA – AGUAS CALIENTES| INC (B/L/D)

You will go downhill till the community of Willoc, there you will have your lunch. You will continue trekking for about 2 hours till your get to Pumamarka, there you will have beautiful sights of Inca´s terraces. You will get to Ollantaytambo and then will get on the train that will take you to Aguas Calientes.

Day 4: AGUAS CALIENTES-CUSCO| INC (B/-/-)

You will get on the bus that will take you up to the citadel opening a great view to the Urubamba river that gives a special charm to the famous canon. The lost Inca´s city Machu Picchu will welcome you with its incredible terraces, principal staircase, ceremonial places and urban areas. The energy is felt from every corner. After a guided tour yo will have a lunch in one of the local restaurants. You will get on the train and then to the hotel in Cusco at the coordinated hour.
